In the midst of the recent tumultuous real estate market, with the threat of higher interest rates looming, I was able to find a positive resolution in my search for a new townhome, thanks in part to the very capable and highly knowledgable Nicole Densley of Salt Lake Lending Group. The banks are much more stringent today in their process for approving loans, but with Nicole’s calm and steady support to lead the way through a seemingly labyrinthine path to a mortgage, I found success and a terrific rate right after the feds raised the interest rates.
